Low-Tech/High-Effect

Getting in top shape does not require fancy equipment or expensive gym memberships. Simple things can offer huge results in fitness terms. Check out this clip from Ross Emamait, a friend from the US who is professional strength and conditioning coach for many top athletes. There are people competing in the Olympics who use Ross's methods. Just look around you, the whole world is a gym. If you can lift it, throw it or run up it then you're in business.
