About Andy: Like the rest of the coaches Andy is mad. He once watched his treasured Under 7's team lose 14-0 in a 20 minute match! That same (slightly older and enhanced) squad makes the step up in the Derby City League next season and Andy is ready, with an abacus and pre-prepared half time speeches, some consolation ones and plenty of resilience. Andy is truely passionate about football, and the underdog. Good job really.
