About John: John is Professor of English Literature at Lancaster University and specialist lecturer in Hair Design. He is one of the founding fathers of the LEFC junior teams that we know today and should be committed/is very committed to the club and it's development. As the manager of the under 11's I want to know from the under 14 and under 16 players what the most effective things are for the manager to shout from the touchline.....or is it just the old 'warm the substitutes up routine'?
Please let me know before September.
